Sir Tony Baldry MP and Adrian Shooter (Chair of Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership and Chair of Bicester Vision) will be opening this event which has been jointly arranged between Oxfordshire County Council, Cherwell District Council, Bicester Vision and the Military 23 Pioneer Regiment.
 
Friday 19 October 2012 at Bicester Garrison Officers’ Mess, Ambrosden, Bicester from
9.30am – 12pm  (followed by a buffet lunch)
