Skills Development in Cherwell

As well as having a wide range of skills opportunities in the District, we remain committed to the development of our capacity to grow and learn.

We’re particularly keen to ensure that young people entering the labour market are fully equipped to play a positive and rewarding role in the economy. To achieve this, you’ll find a wide variety of activities aimed at engaging young people in the world of work, from Young Enterprise through to employment fairs. There are lots of opportunities for businesses to become involved in these projects and in schools, and we are always very happy to help make the connections.
